Dihydroartemisinin has a strong killing effect on asexual forms of Plasmodium, can quickly control symptoms and kill various forms of Plasmodium in the asexual reproduction period. It is also effective against chloroquine- and piperaquine-resistant falciparum malaria, and has low toxicity. Animal experiments have found that administration during the pregnancy induction period of mice can increase the occurrence of chemicalbook in the fetus, but has no teratogenic effect. Oral absorption is good. Oral administration of this product 2mg/kg, tmax is 1.33h, Cmax is 0.71μg/ml.
