Products Description of Thiamine chloride CAS#59-43-8

Vitamin B1, also known as "thiamine" or "thiamine", is one of the B vitamins. It can promote normal sugar metabolism and is a necessary substance for maintaining normal nerve conduction, heart and gastrointestinal function. It combines with adenosine triphosphate to form vitamin B1 pyrophosphate (thiamine diphosphate, i.e., coacidase), which is a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate metabolism. When this coenzyme is deficient, oxidative metabolism is blocked and pyruvate and lactic acid accumulate, affecting the body's energy supply. Vitamin B1 can also inhibit the activity of cholinesterase. When it is deficient, cholinesterase activity is enhanced, and acetylcholine hydrolysis is accelerated, leading to nerve impulse conduction disorders and affecting gastrointestinal and myocardial function.
