Product Application of Gentamicin sulfate CAS#1405-41-0

Clinically used for sepsis, respiratory tract infection, biliary tract infection, purulent peritonitis, intracranial infection, urinary tract infection and bacillary dysentery caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Klebsiella, Proteus and other sensitive bacteria.

Gentamicin binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit to cause code reading errors, blocking the transfer of peptidyl-tRNA from the receptor site to the donor site. The bactericidal effect of gentamicin on Pseudomonas Chemicalbook is to bind to the outer membrane part of the cell membrane, replace the original cations, make the membrane unstable, and form holes on the cell surface. Antibacterial spectrum: Gram-negative bacteria, Staphylococcus and other Gram-positive bacteria.

Used to treat sepsis, urinary tract infection, Staphylococcus infection, endocarditis and other diseases
