Polymethyl methacrylate industrial product purity ≥ 99%, colorless transparent solid or granules, odorless. Melting point 160-180℃, boiling point decomposes. Vapor pressure negligible (25℃), relative density 1.19 (20℃). Solubility in water: insoluble, soluble in acetone, chloroform and ethyl acetate. Stable, incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and certain solvents.
