Polycarbonate is an amorphous thermoplastic engineering polymer synthesized via bisphenol A and phosgene polycondensation process, featuring outstanding high transparency, excellent impact resistance and high heat deflection performance compared with common general plastics. Strict MFR and impurity control during polymerization ensures stable fluidity during injection molding, effectively avoiding silver streak, bubble and cracking defects on finished molded products. Low moisture absorption property requires drying treatment before processing to eliminate hydrolysis degradation at high molding temperature.
