Lead(II) oxide (litharge, CAS 1317-36-8) industrial product purity ≥ 99%, yellow to orange-yellow crystalline powder with no odor. Melting point 888℃, boiling point 1470℃ (decomposes). Vapor pressure 0.13Pa (20℃), relative density 9.53 (20℃). Insoluble in water, soluble in acetic acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in alkali. Stable, incompatible with strong reducing agents and concentrated acids.
