Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) industrial product purity ≥ 99%, white flakes or powder, odorless. Melting point 230-240℃ (decomp), boiling point decomposes. Vapor pressure negligible (25℃), relative density 1.28 (20℃). Solubility in water: soluble, insoluble in gasoline, kerosene, benzene and other organic solvents. Stable, incompatible with strong oxidants and organic solvents.
